Competech SmartCard Solutions has responded to the needs for more secure identification system to aid in the reduction of identity theft, insurance fraud, and the creation of truly secure and portable health records, by creating a patent-pending solution that includes highly secure and encrypted smartcards offering technologically advanced fraud prevention measures including Picture-on-Chip technology, biometrics, RFID and credit/debit capabilities. As part of its total solution, Competech offers a state of the art Data Center to safely store, protect and manage confidential client data and files allowing for real time access to client data over a highly secure internet tunnel (IPSEC) with an intuitive, user-friendly Windows based interface.

Over the last four years, Competech has built strong alliances and partnerships with many high profile manufacturers needed for successful large scale smartcard implementations. Competech has already garnered name recognition and respect for its products in the United States of America through demonstrations at leading conferences and industry functions as well as membership and participation in smartcard related organizations and smartcard informational periodicals such as the SmartCard Alliance, Registered Traveler Interoperability Consortium, The I.T.
